RETURNS At Mayfair we strive to have all customers to be happy with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your item please send us an email via
mayfaircollection@hotmail.comoutlining any issues you have for the product and your general reason for the return.
Please also add the order number and address in the email. Returning an unused item must be in its original sealed packaging, unwashed and within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Alternatively you can exchange your product within 30 days for a product of the same value. The product is ultimately your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please when packing to return that you safely do so to prevent and damage to the item. It may take up to 14 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. Once received the unwanted products, we will inspect them and process the refund or exchange within 48 hours.
