Shipping policy
Once orders are processed they will be shipped within 1 working day. shipping to major cities is approximately 3-4 business days.
Express shipping to major cities is approximately 1-2 business days. Rural areas can take up to 14 business days. If you package has not been received within 14 days, please notify us by email at: Mayfaircollection@hotmail.com
Please note that it is not possible to make a delivery to a PO Box. Mayfair is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. Mayfair is not responsible for any packages once they are in the customers possession or shipping company. It is possible to cancel or change your order if it hasn’t been sent. This includes changing the size or colour of a product, removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method. Contact us and we will help you. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The shipping cost will not be refunded.
